The main façade features a system of pivoting panels that regulate the house’s openness to the exterior. When opened, they enhance cross ventilation in the public areas of the home, adapting to the climate and the daily needs of its inhabitants.
Materially, combines a sober and warm palette local wood, exposed concrete, metal, and glass come together to reinforce the connection with the natural surroundings. Each spatial transition is carefully designed to favor a gradual movement between light and shadow, integrating art and landscape in a functional and coherent way.
Casa Seis Patios aims to fulfill the desire to inhabit the landscape from a place of intimacy, without sacrificing comfort or character. The project embraces an architecture that responds to the climate, allows for the free flow of air and light, and turns daily life into a sequence of relationships with art and vegetation.
