Coral is a residential development that offers smart, well-designed housing for local residents, built on four criteria that reinforce one another: sustainability, urban planning, landscaping, and design. Every decision, from a building’s orientation to the choice of a single plant species, follows the same overall logic these aren’t added features, but the very structure of the project.
The amenities are organized to accompany different rhythms of life within a single community. Sports and social spaces coexist with meditation areas designed for pause an intentional counterweight to daily life, not a decorative extra.
Coral proves that living well doesn’t require a luxury budget just smart design, built for those who already live here.
The landscape unfolds across different heights and surfaces: a tree canopy net suspended among the treetops offers an elevated view of the surroundings, while the lagoons bring water in as a central landscaping element, regulating the microclimate and giving the development its visual identity.
The community garden closes the loop: a space for consumption where residents themselves take part in growing what’s cultivated there, reinforcing the idea that Coral isn’t just a place to live, but a system where community and environment sustain one another.
